How To Make Chef John’s Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh tarragon leaves
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a blender or food processor, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, tarragon, chives, anchovies, lemon juice, and garlic.

Blend until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the dressing to a jar or container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
