How To Make Creamy Strawberry Crepes

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth and well combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to evenly coat the bottom.

Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly browned.

Flip the crepe and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Repeat with the remaining batter.

Fill each crepe with a spoonful of whipped cream and sliced strawberries.

Roll up the crepes and place on a serving plate.
