Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried fennel seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well using your hands.

  2. Shape the mixture into patties, about 2 1/2 inches in diameter.

  3. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat and lightly grease with oil.

  4. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and nicely browned.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
