  • 2 lb ground beef, browned and drained
  • 2 oz Lipton onion soup, 1 pkg
  • 30 oz Chinese vegetables, 1 cans
  • 4 oz water chestnuts, sliced and drained
  • 10 ½ oz cream of mushroom soup, 1 can
  • 10 ½ oz cream of chicken soup, 1 can
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce


  1. Put all the ingredients into crockpot.
  2. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  3. Serve with rice or chow mein noodles.
