How To Make Pumpkin Casserole Souffle

Make a delicious Pumpkin Casserole Souffle for loved ones with this handy recipe. It’s easy to make and absolutely filling for hungry tummies.

Ingredients

  • ½cupwhite sugar
  • ½cupbutter
  • 3largeeggs
  • 1 ½cupspumpkin puree
  • 1cupmilk
  • ½cupcake flour
  • 2tspbaking powder
  • 1pinchground cinnamonor as desired

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch square baking dish.

  2. Beat sugar, butter, and eggs together in a bowl using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add pumpkin and mix well.

  3. Beat milk, flour, and baking powder into pumpkin mixture until smooth. Pour into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle cinnamon over the top.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until set in the middle.

  5. Serve and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

 

If all you have are medium-sized eggs, use 4 eggs instead of 3 large eggs. Margarine can also be used in place of butter.
