Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain any excess fat.

Add onion, mushrooms, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in beef broth and cook for an additional minute.
