How To Make Dr Pepper Marinated Steak Recipe

A juicy and flavorful steak marinated in the sweet and tangy taste of Dr Pepper soda.

Ingredients

  • 4 steaks (1 inch thick)
  • 1 can of Dr Pepper soda
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together Dr Pepper, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  2. Add the steaks to the bowl and make sure they are fully submerged in the marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 24 hours).

  3. Preheat grill to high heat.

  4. Remove steaks from the marinade, shaking off any excess liquid.

  5. Grill steaks for 6-8 minutes per side (for medium-rare) or until desired doneness is reached.

  6. Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
