Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 avocado, pitted and diced
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dressing of your choice (we recommend a balsamic vinaigrette)

Instructions

  1. In a large serving dish, arrange the romaine lettuce.

  2. Add the cherry tomatoes, red onion, blue cheese, avocado, bacon, chicken, and hard-boiled eggs on top of the lettuce.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Drizzle your desired amount of dressing over the salad to finish.
