This unique casserole is loaded with delicious catfish. Throw in some vegetables, some spices, toss some cheese over it all, and put in the oven, and you got yourself a great meal.

How To Make Cheesy Catfish Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb catfish fillets, diced
- 1 lb potatoes, peeled and diced
- ½ cup sour cream, or thick yogurt
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp cayenne powder
- salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.

Combine the catfish and potatoes in a large mixing bowl.

Sprinkle cayenne powder then season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine thick yogurt or sour cream and milk. Stir until evenly incorporated.

Transfer the seasoned catfish and potatoes into your greased baking casserole then pour your sour cream mixture over the catfish and potatoes.

Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.

Bake for about 30 minutes or until the top of the fish is golden brown, and the potatoes are cooked through.

Garnish with roughly 1 tablespoon of parsley and serve immediately!
