This unique casserole is loaded with delicious catfish. Throw in some vegetables, some spices, toss some cheese over it all, and put in the oven, and you got yourself a great meal.

How To Make Cheesy Catfish Casserole

  • 2 lb. catfish (chopped)
  • 2 lb. potato (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp. cayenne powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 2 tbsp. basil (minced)
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Place catfish on a large greased baking dish. Arrange sliced potatoes on the side.

  3. Sprinkle cayenne powder, salt, and pepper over catfish and potatoes.

  4. In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt and skim milk. Whisk until creamy

  5. Pour this yogurt mixture over catfish and potatoes

  6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top

  7. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the top of the fish is golden brown, and the potatoes are cooked through.
