How To Make Avocado Appetizers
Your usual guacamole recipe, but with a bit of spice.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 2 avocados, peeled, pitted, and roughly chopped, or 10 oz frozen avocado chunks
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- salt and ground black pepper, to taste
For Garnish:
- ¼ tsp paprika, per serving
Instructions

In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients and puree until smooth.

Season to taste with salt and pepper. Adjust accordingly.

Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with paprika and serve with tortilla or nacho chips.
