How To Make Avocado Appetizers

Your usual guacamole recipe, but with a bit of spice.

  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 2 avocados (peeled, pitted and roughly chopped)
  • ¼ cup parsley (chopped )
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (chopped)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp cayenne
  • ⅛ tsp paprika
  1. In a blender, combine the lemon juice and tahini.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and puree until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a shallow bowl and sprinkle with paprika.
  4. Serve immediately or chill.
