How To Make Grilled Salmon Fillets
These grilled salmon fillets are juicy and tender, cooked over a hot grill for crispy perfection, then finished off with a savory cream cheese pesto sauce!

Ingredients
- 4salmon fillets,(up to 6 fillets), skin-on or skinless
- olive oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4ozcream cheese,diced into small cubes
- ¼cupmilk
- 3tbsppesto,plus more for serving
Instructions

Preheat a grill over medium-high heat to about 425 degrees F.

Brush both sides of salmon with olive oil, about 1 tablespoon in total. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

Brush the grill grates with oil, then grill the salmon for about 3 minutes per side, or to the desired doneness. If using skin-on salmon, grill the skin side up first.

Heat the cream cheese with milk in a saucepan set over medium heat for about 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly until melted.

Remove from heat, then stir in the pesto.

Serve the salmon warm with 1 teaspoon of creamy pesto sauce over top, and enjoy!
