You don’t need to be a pro at grilling when you make this easy 25-minute grilled salmon fillets. This savory salmon fillet is loaded with cream cheese pesto sauce that surely deserves a spot on your buffet table. But this summer entree is also perfect for your fancy dinner for two.
How To Make Grilled Salmon Fillets
These grilled salmon fillets are juicy and tender, cooked over a hot grill for crispy perfection, then finished off with a savory cream cheese pesto sauce!
Preheat a grill over medium-high heat to about 425 degrees F.
Brush both sides of salmon with olive oil, about 1 tablespoon in total. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Brush the grill grates with oil, then grill the salmon for about 3 minutes per side, or to the desired doneness. If using skin-on salmon, grill the skin side up first.
Heat the cream cheese with milk in a saucepan set over medium heat for about 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly until melted.
Remove from heat, then stir in the pesto.
Serve the salmon warm with 1 teaspoon of creamy pesto sauce over top, and enjoy!
