How To Make Teriyaki Salmon
Serve an easy, flavorful dish with this teriyaki salmon baked in a sauce infused with lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, and ginger.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a small saucepan whisk together low-sodium soy sauce, 6 tablespoon water, honey, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and lemon juice. Bring mixture to a light boil over medium heat.
Whisk together cornstarch with remaining 2 tablespoon water, then add to sauce mixture in saucepan.
Let the mixture boil for 1 minute whisking constantly. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Place salmon in a baking dish then pour teriyaki sauce evenly over salmon.
Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes until salmon has cooked through (cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of salmon).
Serve warm topped with some of the teriyaki sauce from the baking dish and chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
