How To Make Cheesy Spinach and Artichoke Pasta Recipe
A creamy and indulgent pasta dish with a healthy twist of spinach and artichokes.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 12 oz. penne pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups baby spinach
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add spinach and artichoke hearts to the pan. Cook until spinach has wilted and artichokes are tender.

Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Continue cooking until sauce has thickened.

Add cooked pasta to the pan and toss to coat with sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the pasta. Cover with a lid and let it melt for a couple of minutes.
