Ingredients

  • 4 cups of mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, mix together the berries, sugar, and water.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.

  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.

  5. Spoon the batter over the berry mixture in the crockpot.

  6. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours, or until the cobbler is cooked through.

  7. Serve hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
