Try out this tangy marinated chicken dish from Golden Corral for an extra kick of flavor in your meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken, legs or thighs
  • 4 oz. soy sauce
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. powdered ginger
  • 2 tbsp. onion, dried minced
  • ½ cup bourbon whiskey
  • 2 tbsp. white wine

Instructions

  1. Begin your dish with the marinade.
  2. Simply combine all the ingredients (except the white wine) and pour them over the chicken in a large bowl.
  3. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for 6 hours (or overnight).
  4. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  5. Bake the chicken in the marinade for 1 hour while continuing to baste every 10 minutes or so.
  6. Take the chicken out of the oven and transfer them to a frying pan.
  7. Pour the leftover marinade juices overtop adding the white wine.
  8. Continue frying for about 1 minute and then enjoy!
