Need a fish recipe for dinner tonight? Try this one! Turbot is baked with a buttery garlic sauce and served with rice and vegetables.

Buttery Baked Turbot Recipe

  • 12 oz turbot filets
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • 4 pieces garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 manadarin orange (pealed and segmented)
  • 1 cup white rice (cooked)
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (cooked)
  1. Season fish with salt and pepper and add to a small baking pan.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter on medium low heat and add in garlic and parsley.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes and pour butter mixture over fish.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes on 350 degrees.
  5. Garnish fish with mandarin slices and serve with white rice and mixed vegetables.
