Ingredients

  • 12 oz turbot filets
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 tbsp dill

To Serve:

  • 1 manadarin orange, pealed and segmented
  • 1 cup white rice, cooked
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables, cooked

Instructions

  1. Season fish with salt and pepper and add to a small baking pan.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter on medium low heat and add in garlic and parsley.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes and pour butter mixture over fish.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes on 350 degrees.
  5. Garnish fish with mandarin slices and serve with white rice and mixed vegetables.
