Ingredients
- 1 lb. small pasta shells
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain.

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a saucepan, melt butter. Add flour and whisk continuously for 1-2 minutes until bubbly.

Add milk and heavy cream while continuing to whisk. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens. Turn off heat and add shredded cheese. Stir until melted and combined.

In a baking dish, mix pasta and cheese sauce. Top with breadcrumbs.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
