How To Make Buca Di Beppo Stuffed Shells Recipe
Jumbo pasta shells stuffed with ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and herbs, baked in tomato sauce.

Ingredients
- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups tomato sauce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cook pasta shells according to package directions and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, parsley, basil, salt, and black pepper.

Stuff each pasta shell with the cheese mixture.

Spread tomato sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.

Place the stuffed shells in the dish.

Cover with remaining tomato sauce.

Bake for 45 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
