Jumbo pasta shells stuffed with a creamy spinach and ricotta filling, topped with marinara sauce and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 16 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups of baby spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup of ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 2 cups of marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions and drain.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, egg, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the ricotta mixture and place them in a baking dish.

  5. Pour the marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
