How To Make Baked Sole Recipe

Delicious and healthy baked sole with a crispy breadcrumb topping.

Ingredients

  • 4 sole fillets
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Place sole fillets in a baking dish and brush with olive oil.

  3. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fish is cooked through and topping is golden brown.
