  • 4 whole sardines
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Clean and remove heads and tails from sardines.

  3. In a baking dish, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon slices, salt, and pepper.

  4. Add sardines and coat with mixture.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until sardines are cooked through.
