  • 4 red snapper fillets
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, olive oil, salt, paprika, and black pepper.

  3. Place red snapper fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Rub the garlic and olive oil mixture onto each fillet.

  5. Squeeze lemon juice over fillets.

  6. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until fish is cooked through and flaky.

  7. Serve hot.
