  • 4 haddock fillets
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Grease a baking dish and place haddock fillets in it.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  4. Spread the mixture evenly on top of each fillet.

  5. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the haddock is cooked through and the topping is crispy and golden brown.
