Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).

  2. Rinse the mackerel fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

  3. Grease a baking dish with olive oil and place the fillets in the dish.

  4. Season the fillets with salt and pepper.

  5. Arrange the lemon slices, rosemary sprigs, and garlic slices over the fillets.

  6. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the fillets.

  7. Bake the mackerel in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
