- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup melted butter

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a dish, mix together breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Dip perch fillets in melted butter then coat with breadcrumb mixture.

Place coated fillets on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
