How To Make Air Fryer “Sun-Dried” Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 4 large tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).

Cut the tomatoes into 1/2-inch thick slices.

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, dried basil, garlic powder, and dried oregano.

Brush the tomato slices with the olive oil mixture on both sides.

Place the tomato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Air fry the tomatoes for 3 hours, flipping them over halfway through, until they are slightly shriveled and dried.

Remove the tomatoes from the air fryer and let them cool before serving.
