How To Make Ricotta & Basil Pizza Bread

Ingredients
- 4 slices of pizza bread
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil, for drizzling
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the pizza bread slices on a baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, fresh basil, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

Spread the ricotta cheese mixture evenly over each slice of pizza bread.

Drizzle a little olive oil over the top of each slice.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Slice into smaller pieces if desired and serve warm.
