Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp active dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Tomato sauce, for dipping
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, salt, minced garlic, and olive oil.

Gradually add the warm water and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5 minutes, then cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Divide the dough into 12 equal portions.

Take one portion of dough, flatten it in your hand, and place a spoonful of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center. Fold the dough over the cheese and seal the edges. Repeat with the remaining dough portions and cheese.

Place the stuffed dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top of the dough balls.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dough balls are golden brown and cheese is melted.

While the dough balls are baking, warm the tomato sauce in a small saucepan.
