How To Make Italian Pork Patties with Potato Wedges

Ingredients
- 500g ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, minced garlic, egg, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.

In a separate bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Arrange them around the pork patties on the baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pork patties are cooked through and the potato wedges are golden and crispy.
