How To Make Dark Mocha Torte

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the coffee and milk. Mix until just combined.

Fold in the dark chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the torte to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
