How To Make Christmas Muffins
Delicious muffins with a hint of holiday flavors, perfect for a Christmas breakfast or snack.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin or line with muffin liners.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, buttermilk, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

Fold in the dried cranberries and chopped walnuts.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the muffin tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
