Delectable chicken breasts stuffed with garlic herb cheese and served with a garlic cream sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 oz garlic herb cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.

  2. Carefully cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut through to the other side.

  3. Stuff each chicken breast with 1 oz garlic herb cheese.

  4. In a small bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper.

  5. Coat the stuffed chicken breasts with the breadcrumb mixture.

  6. Heat 2 tbsp of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

  7. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until browned.

  8. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

  9. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter, heavy cream, garlic powder, and onion powder and cook until the sauce thickens.

  10. Serve the stuffed chicken breasts with the garlic cream sauce.
