How To Make Oven Egg & Chips
This recipe combines crispy oven-baked potato chips with perfectly cooked eggs for a delicious and satisfying meal.

Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, washed and thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, chopped herbs (such as parsley or chives)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Place the sliced potatoes in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy.

Meanwhile, bring a medium-sized pot of water to a boil. Carefully add the eggs and cook for 6-7 minutes for soft-boiled eggs or 9-10 minutes for hard-boiled eggs.

Once cooked, transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool for a few minutes. Then peel and slice them.

Serve the crispy potato chips alongside the sliced eggs. Optional: sprinkle with shredded cheese and chopped herbs.
