How To Make Self-Saucing Butterscotch Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup boiling water
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

Fold in the butterscotch chips. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.

In a small saucepan, heat the boiling water until hot. Pour the hot water over the back of a spoon onto the batter in the baking dish.
