How To Make Monkey Bread

This is a sweet and sticky pastry made with dough rolled into small balls, coated in cinnamon sugar, and baked until golden brown.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters.

  3. In a bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.

  4. Roll each biscuit piece in the cinnamon sugar mixture until coated.

  5. Place the coated biscuit pieces into a greased Bundt pan.

  6. In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter and brown sugar.

  7. Pour the butter and sugar mixture over the biscuit pieces in the pan.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  9. Allow the monkey bread to cool for a few minutes before serving.

  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
