How To Make Kimchi Scrambled Eggs
A spicy twist on classic scrambled eggs, infused with the tangy and flavorful taste of kimchi.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup of kimchi, chopped
- 1/4 cup of scallions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk the eggs together until well beaten.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add sesame oil.

Add the kimchi and scallions to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.

Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and gently scramble them with a spatula, mixing them with the kimchi and scallions.

Cook the eggs for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until they are fully cooked and no longer runny.

Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
