How To Make Keto Hamburger Steak Recipe
A flavorful steak made with ground beef, seasoned with herbs and spices, and cooked in a creamy sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup beef broth
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Mix well and form into 4 equal patties.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add patties and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

Remove patties from skillet and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium and add heavy cream and beef broth to the skillet.

Whisk together and let simmer for 2-3 minutes or until sauce thickens.
