  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups chopped mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese, chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper until browned.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped greens, red onion, cheddar cheese, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and pickles.

  3. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, and apple cider vinegar to make the dressing.

  4. Add the ground beef to the salad and toss with the dressing.

  5. Serve immediately.
