Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and your favorite toppings for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.

  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  3. Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.

  4. Wrap each patty with a slice of bacon, securing with toothpicks if necessary.

  5. Grill the burgers for about 15-20 minutes, or until cooked to your desired doneness, flipping them halfway through.

  6. Remove burgers from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.

  7. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill.

  8. Serve the grilled bacon meatloaf burgers on the toasted buns, topped with lettuce, tomato, and your favorite toppings.
