How To Make Grilled Bacon Meatloaf Burgers
Preheat grill to medium heat.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
Wrap each patty with a slice of bacon, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
Grill the burgers for about 15-20 minutes, or until cooked to your desired doneness, flipping them halfway through.
Remove burgers from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
Toast the hamburger buns on the grill.
Serve the grilled bacon meatloaf burgers on the toasted buns, topped with lettuce, tomato, and your favorite toppings.
