How To Make Keto Hamburger and Egg Breakfast Recipe

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese


  1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Divide into 4 equal portions and form each into a patty.

  2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.

  3. In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook to your preference.

  4. Top each hamburger patty with a slice of cheddar cheese and let it melt.

  5. Serve the hamburger patties with a fried egg on top.
