Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Divide into 4 equal portions and form each into a patty.

Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
