How To Make Keto Hamburger Cauliflower Rice Recipe

This low-carb version of a classic dish is made with cauliflower rice instead of regular rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 head cauliflower, riced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

  2. Add onion and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces.

  4. Add cauliflower rice and cook for 3-4 minutes, until tender.

  5. Sprinkle in shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and combined.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
