A low-carb twist on a classic hamburger casserole with fresh green beans.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed and halved
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and thyme, breaking up any clumps of meat, until browned and cooked through, about 8 minutes.

Add chicken broth to the skillet and stir to scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Add green beans to the skillet and stir to combine.

In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir sour cream mixture into the skillet until everything is well-coated.

Transfer the mixture to a 9×13 inch baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot.
