How To Make Turkey, Courgetti & Feta Burgers

Ingredients
- 500g ground turkey
- 1 courgette, grated
- 100g feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and red onion slices for serving
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, grated courgette, crumbled feta cheese, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the turkey burgers for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

Toast the burger buns in a toaster or on a grill pan.

Assemble the burgers by placing a turkey burger patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with lettuce, tomato, and red onion slices. Place the top half of the bun on top.

Serve the turkey, courgetti & feta burgers immediately and enjoy!
