  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a skillet, cook onion and garlic until softened.

  3. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned.

  4. Drain excess oil from the skillet and stir in almond flour, eggs, cheese, basil, salt, and pepper.

  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes.

  6. Allow the pie to cool for a few minutes before serving.
