Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
