How To Make Keto Hamburger Soup Recipe
A hearty and flavorful low-carb soup made with ground beef, vegetables, and savory spices.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground beef and brown until no longer pink.

Remove beef from pot and set aside. In the same pot, add 1 tbsp olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.

Add celery, carrots, and red bell pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until vegetables are slightly tender.

Add diced tomatoes, beef broth, and cooked ground beef. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 20-25 minutes.

Add dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes.

Serve hot with chopped parsley as garnish.
