How To Make Keto Hamburger Soup Recipe

A hearty and flavorful low-carb soup made with ground beef, vegetables, and savory spices.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • fresh parsley, chopped for garnish


  1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground beef and brown until no longer pink.

  2. Remove beef from pot and set aside. In the same pot, add 1 tbsp olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.

  3. Add celery, carrots, and red bell pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until vegetables are slightly tender.

  4. Add diced tomatoes, beef broth, and cooked ground beef. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 20-25 minutes.

  5. Add dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes.

  6. Serve hot with chopped parsley as garnish.
