Ingredients
- 8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Pat chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and place them on a baking sheet.
