  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Pat chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and place them on a baking sheet.

  4. Brush both sides of each thigh with olive oil.
