How To Make Low Carb Baked Chicken Thighs Recipe
Delicious baked chicken thighs that are low in carbs and high in protein!

Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Place chicken thighs in a baking dish.

Brush chicken with the spice mixture, making sure to cover all sides.
