Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup heavy cream
- Chopped cilantro, for garnish
- Cauliflower rice, for serving
Instructions

In a large skillet, melt ghee over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add garlic and ginger and cook for another minute, until fragrant.

Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
