How To Make Keto Taco Casserole Recipe
A delicious and spicy casserole with flavorful ground beef, served with keto-friendly toppings.

Ingredients
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups of cauliflower rice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish.

Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through. Drain any excess fat and add onion, garlic, chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook until onion is soft.

Stir in tomato sauce and chicken broth. Bring to boil then lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Spread the cauliflower rice evenly over the bottom of the prepared casserole dish. Pour the beef mixture over the cauliflower rice.

Layer the cheddar cheese evenly over the beef mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and top with cilantro, sour cream, jalapenos, and black olives.
