  • 12 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
